Thorough & efficient service!! Received a card in the mail letting me know it was time for my 15000 service and then two days later my light came on in my car so I called on Monday Received a card in the mail letting me know it was time for my 15000 service and then two days later my light came on in my car so I called on Monday to set an appointment at 10:00 am Tuesday to bring my QX80 in for it's annual service, oil change and also wanted it detailed inside & out. Dropped it off at 9:45 and they had a QX80 loaner waiting for me. I received text messages throughout the day letting me know status of what they were doing with my car and then an hour before it was ready they sent me a text to get ready to come pick it up. Only waited about 10 minutes once I got there to pick it up so had a cup of coffee and Danish in the waiting area. My car looks & smells great. More
