Good experience My service consultant did a great job keeping me informed, but as with my prior experiences, I waited a long time for the service to be completed. Every time I go in for an oil change, it takes about 2 hours, and longer if you want a car wash. However, I am always satisfied with the quality, and it's really easy to make appointments online.
