We are in our mid-60’a and have not purchased a vehicle for several years. Victoria cane to our rescue, explained features and options simply, and made sure we found a car we loved before putting us behind the wheel. She was/is there after the sale, and was a dependable force behind our decision to buy. You can’t teach people to care, but Victoria (as well as Joe snd others...) have that quality. Mark Cooper greeted me with a smile and explained the entire service and car inspection process and answered my many questions. After my car was inspected he explained all issues found with a breakdown of the price. No pressure tactics just making me aware of service needed in the future.
