Greg Morgan, Salesman met us in the parking lot and escorted us in. He then tried to upsale us to a close out 2019 new vehicle....which he couldn't even locate a key for us to look in. We were planning to trade in our old vehicle in the deal so he got that information and took our key. After much discussion and negotiation, it was obvious we were not on the same page as far as price. We excused our self and asked for our key. I then had to ask 4 more times for the key as he kept coming back to us and "forgot" to get it in the sales manager's office. After he came back with an offer on an 85 month term, I very firmly told him that he needed to get me my key immediately! They had a large plastic cup full of everyone's key in the building. We walked out the door swearing to never go back. Then today Greg had the nerve to send us an email about additional cars in stock. He and his manager are exactly the kind of people who give the profession a bad name! More

Amazing Service I took my Infiniti to Cool Springs to have a recall repaired. I was provided with a courtesy car for the day. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it I took my Infiniti to Cool Springs to have a recall repaired. I was provided with a courtesy car for the day. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was repaired, a 60,000 mile check was completed, my key fob was finally working, and my car was washed and vacuumed; all free of charge! I will absolutely return for repairs and to purchase another vehicle. More

Extremely Professional all the way around I had a 7:45 appointment. I got there right on time and the service representative was ready and got me checked in quickly. I spent about an hour in the lounge working on my laptop and then the car was ready to roll, 30-45 minutes quicker than they projected. More
