I brought in my vehicle based on a mfr recall for a part. I arrived and was greeted promptly and my information was noted. I was asked if I wanted to wait or if I would like to have a loaner while the I arrived and was greeted promptly and my information was noted. I was asked if I wanted to wait or if I would like to have a loaner while the car was in service....wow a free loaner without having to ask. I took the loaner informations and grabbed a hit chocolate from their kick xxx coffee machine and headed out to run some additional errands. Came back when I was notified that the car was ready and returned the loaner and grabbed another hot chocolate and headed home with my vehicle cleaner than I had dropped it off. While I did not have a long interaction the interaction that I did have was positive. More

Awesome and super helpful Corey at Infiniti of Cool Springs was super helpful. Initially I spoke with Corey over the phone, explaining that my 11 year old Infiniti (that has Corey at Infiniti of Cool Springs was super helpful. Initially I spoke with Corey over the phone, explaining that my 11 year old Infiniti (that has driven like a champ year over year) was intermittently losing battery power. He listened and was super calming as he mentioned to bring in my car and stated they would check it out. I arrived as expected and indeed my car was whisked away and after a short period of time Corey was back to keep me informed of what was going on. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue, repaired my car, and now my car runs like a champ again. Loud shout-out to Corey! Thanks so much - you made a difference.
