My car was leaking water onto the passenger side floor when it rained. I had them fix and they did a bad job, left the interior of the roof filthy and charged me 2000% labor VS cost price . I had to bring it back shortly after because the problem happened agained. They kept the car for days without any updates until I showed up there unannounced and told me . Now I'm having the issue again and they want to charge me just to test it. Best part is I bought the car from them now I half to shell out 500 bucks every 18 months to fix the sunroof. Took my QX-60 in for rear window washer not spraying and to be serviced. Had Trey as my service writer. He was very informative as to what would be done and approximately how long it might take.
