We felt absolutely no pressure at this dealership. Radu was the sales consultant who came out to help us. He was very friendly and professional. My husband and I were sure that we were going to overpay, because we don't like to haggle. We knew from the Kelley Blue Book site what would be a fair price for the car. We ended up getting a price better than the Blue Book price. This was without any haggling on our part. Tom in financing also went out of his way to get a rate better than the low rate our bank was offering. I must say that I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Columbus and Radu. By the way, it was not our intention to buy a car that day, but because we felt so comfortable working with Radu and because we liked the EX35, we didn't want to deal with any other salesman or dealership.
