Leaks in 2015 convertible and terrible customer service I purchased my 2015 Q60 convertible brand new from this dealership. Two months ago I noticed major water staining on the headliner and found that the I purchased my 2015 Q60 convertible brand new from this dealership. Two months ago I noticed major water staining on the headliner and found that the hard top was leaking. When I asked the service writer if there was a known issue (since they have not offered another convertible is 2 years), he advised no. However when he informed me that the seals needed to be replaced he confirmed that the entire seal kits were reconstructed. That indicates that there was in fact a problem even though no one wants to admit it. Upon my attempt to pick up the car, the door and door jam had grease from the technician and the headliner still had water stains. I had to leave the car a second time to have the headliner replaced. Now after each rain, I have moisture inside the car indicating that something is not correct with the seals. Totally unacceptable service which still has not resolved the issues with my car. . More

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change today and told them to take a look at a particular issue. They said they cannot look at that unless I pay the $178 diagnostic fee. I replied that normally you do an inspection and give me a laundry list of things to repair, but because I ask specifically for you to examine something, I must pay eaxtra?? Needless to say, they didn't care. They gave me back my car and said they didn't see anything. When leaving the facility, AT THE GATE - my car overheated. Went back and they didnt care! Techs accused me of not wanting their mechanics to be able to feed their familIes. Spoke to the Svc Mgr and he was polite but offered no assistance. If all you see is GREEN, you cannot be a trusted service outfit in my book. CUSTOMERS FIRST! EPIC FAIL! More
