On May 3rd, 2010 I leased an Infiniti QX56 from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. My salesperson was Mark Retzkin. I just wanted you to know that in all my years of buying a car, I have never had a more plea of Coconut Creek. My salesperson was Mark Retzkin. I just wanted you to know that in all my years of buying a car, I have never had a more pleasant experience than I had with Mr. Retzkin. He was very friendly, kind, and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure all the paperwork was done timely, as we were time constrained. He was not pushy; he was genuinely concerned that we understood how all the vehicle’s technical things worked. He helped me set up my Blue Tooth, which I was afraid to use before. He even called me on my way home to see if I knew how to answer it!! He called me today to see if I had any questions. He had a great sense of humor which I liked, and you could tell he is a hard working, kind man with the sweetest blue eyes on top of it! More

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. First in the Salesperson's undivided attention. He spent the better part of the afternoon with me in trying to answer all my questions. Following my decision to buy he sat with me and reviewed in detail most important aspects of the car. He volunteered to come to my house to setup the homelink as I have rolling codes and he also wanted to review how to record CDs using the 9gb musicbox onboard.
