I couldn't be happier with my new M37S and the buying experience! They had a great selection of M37S. They had 3 of what I wanted. No other local dealers had even one! Put it this way, I was extremely difficult to deal with. Giving my past experiences with salesmen and dealerships, I find it hard to trust but Mark really gave me a new perspective on things. It took me five visits and four days to close the deal, nevertheless, it was all worth it. I purchased a car over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership I was told that the car was sold by a different salesperson.I was told that this happens and tha there was nothing they could do about the dealership I was told that the car was sold by a different salesperson.I was told that this happens and tha there was nothing they could do about it. When I refused this as an answer and insisted on speaking to the General sales manager he made good on the deal and said that he would get me another car in a month. I thought that was awesome that he made good on the deal. Today I went to close the deal which should have taken no more than an hour as they knew I was coming and had every bit of info necessary to pre-do the paperwork.FIVE hours later I do have the car. Here's the issue- they told me that I would pay X amount of $ down including ALL inception fees and 1st month. While the amount out of pocket was what they told me they added $899 which was part of the inception fee then calculated a cash amount that would come down to the initial out of pocket expense after they applied a $1000 loyalty fee that was never disclosed at the initial deal.In fact they said there was no loyalty rebate on the G37 when the initial deal was made. If there is now then I should have that $ not them. They are total crooks-They are supposed to be a "luxury" dealer. This entire matter will be turned over to my attorney but BUYER BEWARE! More

I live in West Palm Beach and, after an experience at my local Infiniti showroom, made the drive to Coconut Creek and was extremely glad that I did. A little more detail… I have been a loyal BMW-owner for years, but I could not ignore the value of the Infiniti M37 as an alternative to the 528i. After doing significant research on the vehicle and lease rates, I went to my nearest Infiniti dealership in West Palm Beach before Christmas. I found the salesperson at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches insincere and not willing to talk about how the numbers were calculated. He just wanted to talk monthly payment and cash down. I departed the dealership as I knew the payment he presented was too expensive for the vehicle he showed me (M37 with Premium Package). Over the Christmas weekend, I continued to do further research, including using DealerRater.com. The overwhelming positive feedback about Mark Retzkin on the site convinced me to drive down to Coconut Creek and ask specifically for him. Mark exceeded my expectations with his professionalism, courtesy and straight-forward approach. He was diligent in his follow-up and answered all questions I had promptly during and after the sales transaction. I had the best car buying experience you can envision and am now enjoying my new M37. I look forward to dealing with Mark again for my next Infiniti. More
Our visit to this dealership started out on a very positive note. We arrived at the showroom about 20 minutes before their opening hour, and we were prepared to wait out front until the doors were op positive note. Much to our surprise, Mark Retzkin came to the door, gave us a very warm welcome, and invited us in. We were expecting to be told to wait, but instead he immediately asked us what vehicle we had in mind and started to answer our questions. It didn't take us long to find the vehicles in the lot that met our requirements. There were many colors to choose from. Once we picked the vehicle, we proceeded with the lease paperwork and drove home in our new Infiniti. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend this dealership. I came to your dealership after looking online at I came to your dealership after looking online at Infiniti vehicles. I already had a good idea of what vehicle I was interested in. From the momen I came to your dealership after looking online at Infiniti vehicles. I already had a good idea of what vehicle I was interested in. From the moment I entered the dealership. I was greeted by the salesman Tiego. He was very informative and showed me the vehicle selection I was interested in. He was patient and professional and most of all not pushy. After spending time test driving the vehicle and explaining any questions I had. He introduced me to Brandon. We did the numbers and I leased a vehicle. I did the paperwork with Gabe whom was just as pleasant to work with. He explained all my options while we went over the paperwok. After leaving your dealership I was driving home and realized the vehicle which was an EX 35 was too small inside the drivers side. And the seat and space was too small for me to drive comfortable. I called Tiego and explained this to him. He spoke to the sales manager and had me turn around and drive back to the dealership to pick out another vehicle which was more comfortable to me an FX35. We redid some paperwork, the guys were terrific the way they handled the situation especially after I already left with the car and was on my way home at eight in the evening. It was a long day for all of us. I left feeling like I was part of a family. This is the fourth vehicle I have leased. The first vehicle through Infiniti and I will recommend to anyone I know who is interested in a car. I was never treated as nice in the past dealerships I leased vehicles from. Sales person was not completely knowledgable and gave me some incorrect prices. He was assisted by Brendan Smith ( Sales Mgr) who was very helpful to him and to us. Later we mer Gabriel Lenchus ( Finance Mgr) who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Over all experience was pleasant and I would definately recommend dealership. I have not experienced the service dept yet so i can't describe any experience. Hoping it is as pleasent as the sales dept. More
