I came to your dealership after looking online at I came to your dealership after looking online at Infiniti vehicles. I already had a good idea of what vehicle I was interested in. From the momen I came to your dealership after looking online at Infiniti vehicles. I already had a good idea of what vehicle I was interested in. From the moment I entered the dealership. I was greeted by the salesman Tiego. He was very informative and showed me the vehicle selection I was interested in. He was patient and professional and most of all not pushy. After spending time test driving the vehicle and explaining any questions I had. He introduced me to Brandon. We did the numbers and I leased a vehicle. I did the paperwork with Gabe whom was just as pleasant to work with. He explained all my options while we went over the paperwok. After leaving your dealership I was driving home and realized the vehicle which was an EX 35 was too small inside the drivers side. And the seat and space was too small for me to drive comfortable. I called Tiego and explained this to him. He spoke to the sales manager and had me turn around and drive back to the dealership to pick out another vehicle which was more comfortable to me an FX35. We redid some paperwork, the guys were terrific the way they handled the situation especially after I already left with the car and was on my way home at eight in the evening. It was a long day for all of us. I left feeling like I was part of a family. This is the fourth vehicle I have leased. The first vehicle through Infiniti and I will recommend to anyone I know who is interested in a car. I was never treated as nice in the past dealerships I leased vehicles from. Sales person was not completely knowledgable and gave me some incorrect prices. Probably due to the fact that he was relatively new as i later found out. but he was very accomodating and very generous with some incorrect prices. He was assisted by Brendan Smith ( Sales Mgr) who was very helpful to him and to us. Later we mer Gabriel Lenchus ( Finance Mgr) who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Over all experience was pleasant and I would definately recommend dealership. I have not experienced the service dept yet so i can't describe any experience. Hoping it is as pleasent as the sales dept. More
On Saturday, 10/16/10 my husband and I purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37 Convertible from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Mark Retzkin was responsible for assisting us with the vehicle selection, and we were relieved to receive honest answers from a sales consultant eager to provide assistance. We noted that that he applied no pressure for a sale and he was void of the typical "deadline for purchase" attitude. Mark was extremely patient while we walked several laps around the dealership looking for the perfect fit. He identified the model that best suited our wishes and requirements, presented the vehicle specifications, and then explained our financing options concisely. Mark Retzkin positively influenced our decision to move forward with financial negotiations and drive the new car off the lot that same day. Thank you Mark! More

Sensing our uncertainty and uncomfortableness with our previous car dealer, he carefully walked us through all the different options that would be available to us. He spent quite a bit of time and patience in trying to help us and we are so delighted with our brand new G37 model! I have purchased an Infinity and several Lexus’ in the past. I was met by a very nice salesman on my first visit to Infinity of Coconut Creek. I found a 2006 pre-owned model that I thought would be nice f past. I was met by a very nice salesman on my first visit to Infinity of Coconut Creek. I found a 2006 pre-owned model that I thought would be nice for my son. The salesman brought over the Sales Manager, Randy Zgremski. Mr. Zgremski asked me the price range I was looking for and then took out a blank sheet of paper. He wrote a price and a +++ next to it. He also added an x, where he noted I should sign in agreement. It was my understanding that what I was signing was a final price plus tax, tag and title fees. We agreed to this. I was sold a prepaid maintenance coupon book with my previous Infinity purchase which contained a coupon for $999.00 off of my next Infinity purchase. Since I knew I would be in the market for a car for my son in the near future, this coupon in particular was a strong part of my decision to go with Infinity. When given this book, I discussed the policy with the salesman and I was told that this coupon should be handed to the dealer after the final price is negotiated. That is exactly what I did. The General Manager of Infinity of Coconut Creek, Ed Mellul, then came over to speak with us. He said that Infinity of Coconut Creek couldn’t honor that coupon because they were already “all in”. Trying to work with him, and since they had given us a good deal, my wife offered to split the difference, so the coupon would now only be worth $499.50. Ed said $400.00, and we said OK. My son was obviously very excited about the car and we didn’t want to let him down. But then Ed said, By the way, there is also an $899.00 dealer prep fee. So, now we are being asked to pay $600.00 more than expected plus $899.00 more for dealer prep, which is a term I am still not sure I fully understand. We got up, thanked the Infinity of Coconut Creek staff and walked out. My son was devastated, but I explained to him that this was a good lesson in honest and dishonest business, and in the importance of walking away from a business deal that is tainted and not trustworthy. I tried to remedy the situation by putting a call in to the owner of Infinity of Coconut Creek, Billy Pierce, and requesting to return the coupon book, but my call was returned by the General Manager, Ed Mullel, and he informed me that all decisions at the dealership ended with him and he stood behind his deal. We felt that the sales practices at Infinity of Coconut Creek were deceptive and sketchy. We will never purchase a car from Infinity of Coconut Creek. Since we were out, we went right next door to JM Lexus. We didn’t realize that they closed at 6:00 PM, and it was close to 6:30 at this point. As we were turning to leave, a JM Lexus Sales Consultant, Steven Finnegan, came out and asked if we needed any help. We told him that we understood that they were closed and we could come back the next day, but he said it would be fine to stay. He showed us some pre-owned cars, including a VW Jetta, which my son loved. We test drove the car and worked out the numbers and Steven Finnegan sold us the car. It was that simple! When we got home, my wife started searching the internet to make sure we got a good deal, and she happened to find the exact car we had purchased on one of the websites and it was listed for about $350.00 less than we had paid. I called Steven the next morning to explain what had happened and within 3 minutes he called me back and offered to reduce the price by $500.00. Later that week, the tire indicator light came on and I called Steven again. Not only did he offer for me to immediately bring the car in for them to look at, but he actually took the car for the day, brought it to the local VW dealer to be fixed and just called when it was ready to be picked up. It has been such a pleasure to work with JM Lexus and Steven Finnegan. I explained to my son that, unfortunately, he shouldn’t expect to deal with salespeople as courteous and as honest as JM Lexus’ Steven Finnegan. It is more often than not in this world that salespeople try to cheat you out of a good deal in one way or another. Steven Finnegan is the exception to this rule. I look forward to referring my friends and family to Steven Finnegan and JM Lexus for their future auto purchases. More

There is no question that my experience in working with Mark Retzkin at IOCC surpassed any other car buying/lease experience I have ever had. Mark is not only knowledgeable about everything there is to know about the Infiniti but he makes the experience enjoyable and interactive. This is truly an incredible vehicle and it was fun learning about everything Mark taught me about this cars performance. Mark has been available (phone, text messaging, email) with questions and even came out to my house on a Sunday to set up the garage opener!! What a mensch! I appreciated both Mark and Gino Walsh finding the exact G37 coupe I wanted. Thank you guys! IOCC is all about the total ownership experience. Upon coming to an agreement over the phone, I headed down to the dealership, was greeted very warmly by everyone as well as by Ralph and eventually Mark Retzkin who showed me the vehicle, meticulously explained and demonstrated all of the features and processed the paperwork. It was an experience like no other. You felt as if you were part of the family. In the end I was extremely pleased by the service, overall experience and my G37 Sedan!
