I had the worst buying experience of my life at the Infinity dealership in Coconut Creek Florida. The credit associate, John Shirley, messed up my warranty and then the dealership messed up my finan Infinity dealership in Coconut Creek Florida. When I was contacted by them regarding these issues the credit manager (did not get his name) was extremely rude and told me they had to follow company policy. They did not follow their policies when messing up my paperwork. At no time did he apologize or show any concern that I had to go to the dealership 3 times. I chose this dealership because of the vehicle, but knowing how badly they treat their customers when they make a mistake, I will not be recommending them to anyone! More

Ivan returned my phone calls and emails...I never had to follow up with him. Funny guy too! Relaxed and not uptight. He asked me the appropriate questions to make sure my needs where met and I was making the best decision for myself. Should you ever buy an Infiniti, go to Coconut Creek (a really nice group of people) and deal with Ivan. And once you buy, definitely deal with Steven Fisher for all of your maintenance needs.
