I contacted the collision center at approximately 3 p.m. regarding collision repairs via my insurance claim. The received my vehicle that same day and I was out of the office by 5:15 p.m. with a promise th regarding collision repairs via my insurance claim. Exactly one week later I was back at the collision center collecting my shiny vehicle and one would not be able to tell that it had ever been involved in an accident.
