The young woman at the desk named Lindsay was very helpful and polite; not to mention gorgeous. It was very refreshing getting my car serviced from here. I'm now a regular. Never paid off what they promised. I got stuck with the bill This has been going on for a while with them! I went into IOCC on 8/30/2015 as I had been lured in to trade in my lease early by Gabriel Carrasco. I w This has been going on for a while with them! I went into IOCC on 8/30/2015 as I had been lured in to trade in my lease early by Gabriel Carrasco. I was promised IOCC would pay off the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation, Excess Mileage, and the Disposition Fee. Perfect, this sounded great! Until the only paid the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation. Upon signing the special conditions of sale IOCC specified they would pay off the Lease Remaining Payment of $2,325.72 and they were not responsible for any wear and tear on excess mileage, stating that when I received the End of Lease Liability Statement, they would pay the remaining balance for the Disposition Fee and the Excess Mileage Charge. I did pay my obligation for the excess wear and use due to excess mileage. After providing Gabriel Carrasco with the End of Lease Liability Statement, he responded that he had received it and was calling Infiniti Financial Services to have those two items taken care of. I had emailed him back and fourth several times all leading me to believe he was working on the bill. Finally I called in and he stated it was taken care of and to come in as I was looking at acquiring another vehicle. Several weeks went by and finally I was able to schedule and appointment to come in to the dealership. Coincidentally that week I received a letter from Vital Recovery Services, a collection agency and upon checking my credit score had dropped 100+ points due nonpayment of this account. I had then gone into the dealership to speak to David Fox to which he stated that because it was not listed in the special conditions of sale that he didn't care. Gabriel specifically swindled me upon purchase as he stated that he could not put into the special conditions of sale because the did not know if I would be charged and the exact amounts. I ended up paying out of my pocket an additional 1259.95. David Fox refused to inquire directly with Gabriel to confront him about this matter and told me I was incorrect on the terms as they never promised this at least in writing. I had my friend with me and the sales manager in the room at the time all witness to the terms of the sale. I have several emails with Gabriel eluding to the fact that he is working on it. Even requesting I resend the End of Lease Liability Statement as he did not receive the first time. He shook my hand and verbally reaffirmed upon leaving that IOCC would take care of these three outstanding charges. IOCC failed to comply on their promise and I am now out of pocket $1259.95, which was the reason I turned in the vehicle in the first place! To avoid excess mileage and disposition fees. More

I had such a nice customer service experience when I visited and leased TWO automobiles on Sept 30. Since then, it has been a nightmare. I traded in my car which had a loan on it. Today it has been 27 days and they have yet to pay my traded in car off. I received a 30 day late today on my credit report due to the neglect of their promises. I have called and requested to speak to someone in the finance department 5 times over the past 4 weeks. The receptionist either took a message and promised a callback or transfered me to his VM. He never called me back. When I called the sales rep who leased us the car, he kept asking for a 10 rating on the survey. No one seems to care and for that I am now considering legal action due to the negative rating on my credit due to the dealerships lack of care for a customer who leased two cars. I only wonder how bad it would have been should i have only leased one car. More

Purchase of new car I had a negative experience trying to get into a lease of a new QX60. I was referred to this dealership by someone that woks for Inifinti and they gav I had a negative experience trying to get into a lease of a new QX60. I was referred to this dealership by someone that woks for Inifinti and they gave me a Friends Discount certificate. This dealership would not negotiate via email with me whatsoever. I ended up securing a deal through Sawgrass Infiniti. 95% of the transaction was done via email and the remaining 5% was pretty painless in person. More

That's what you call service? I have been going to Infiniti of Coconut Creek for 6 years with the same car. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change today and told them to take a look at a particular issue. They said they cannot look at that unless I pay the $178 diagnostic fee. I replied that normally you do an inspection and give me a laundry list of things to repair, but because I ask specifically for you to examine something, I must pay eaxtra?? Needless to say, they didn't care. They gave me back my car and said they didn't see anything. When leaving the facility, AT THE GATE - my car overheated. Went back and they didnt care! Techs accused me of not wanting their mechanics to be able to feed their familIes. Spoke to the Svc Mgr and he was polite but offered no assistance. If all you see is GREEN, you cannot be a trusted service outfit in my book. CUSTOMERS FIRST! EPIC FAIL! More
