This time it was unusual annoying noise while I have been driving new Q70. Steve Sellick instead of the placing the car at the stand always want to understand the issue by himself. Leaks in 2015 convertible and terrible customer service I purchased my 2015 Q60 convertible brand new from this dealership. Two months ago I noticed major water staining on the headliner and found that the I purchased my 2015 Q60 convertible brand new from this dealership. Two months ago I noticed major water staining on the headliner and found that the hard top was leaking. When I asked the service writer if there was a known issue (since they have not offered another convertible is 2 years), he advised no. However when he informed me that the seals needed to be replaced he confirmed that the entire seal kits were reconstructed. That indicates that there was in fact a problem even though no one wants to admit it. Upon my attempt to pick up the car, the door and door jam had grease from the technician and the headliner still had water stains. I had to leave the car a second time to have the headliner replaced. Now after each rain, I have moisture inside the car indicating that something is not correct with the seals. Totally unacceptable service which still has not resolved the issues with my car. . More
10± plus years with this Dealer and I"m never disappointed I have owned 3 INFINITI vehicles since 1995 and in 2007 I started coming to Infiniti of Coconut Creek for servicing (Nassim) and the Collision Departm I have owned 3 INFINITI vehicles since 1995 and in 2007 I started coming to Infiniti of Coconut Creek for servicing (Nassim) and the Collision Department. At my last visit to the Collision Department, I was given a Loaner which was the new 2017 QX30 (thank you Alex Legros and Nic Thompson), I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS VEHICLE and made a decision to finally upgrade from my 2003 Q45 which I loved passionately. It was suggested that I speak with Mike Stevens. Mike stole the show and from all his awards in his office I can see why he came highly recommended. I hate the back-and-forth negotiations, but Mike made it a smooth process. Thanks to Lily McCoy for doing the title transfer and all the paperwork in such a speedy and efficient matter. Last but not least, to my surprise I inquired about the old Service Manager I used to deal with all these years....and low and behold I was informed that MIKE CROWLEY was now the owner. I am so very proud of him and it showed me that the INFINITI family is a strong unit which shows "character and room for growth from within it's own". So, I guess I am going to be stuck with this family for a long time...WHICH IS A GOOD THING!!!! More

Screwed They screwed me. Sold me a Q70 that belonged to one of the salesman, Steve William. It was a 2016 with 192, that's right 192 miles. Let me digress for They screwed me. Let me digress for a moment and mention that I have purchased 15 cars from this dealership since it opened and referred countless people. They sold me the 192 mile car for 14k of msrp. Delivered it with exterior infested with ants. I drove it for a couple of hours. More rattles then a baby's toy. Took it to service twice. Troy Neal was great. Hard to replicate the noises at will but he heard them. Took the car back twice from service and it would rattle somewhere else. Always from the console or dash. THAT'S WHY STEVE WILLIAM WANTED TO SELL IT. He knew.... I dropped the car off and told them to keep it after the second try at rattle removal. Rattles in the dash never go away. Ive not received a call from mgt. That is just Aweful service. I will call Infiniti corporate tomorrow. They will probably say it's a used car and to that I will say xxxxxxxx! THE CAR WAS SOLD UNDER FRAUDULENT CIRCUMSTANCES. SALESMAN SAID HE HAD TOO MANY CARS..... That was a lie. Stay away at all costs... More
