Poor Business Minded People I have been leasing Infinity's for my wife for the past 10 years from Infinity of Coconut Creek. At current end of lease last month, I went back to In I have been leasing Infinity's for my wife for the past 10 years from Infinity of Coconut Creek. At current end of lease last month, I went back to Infinity of Coconut Creek to get a price on a new Lease for her. Before closing the deal they sent their inspector outside to go over the car I was returning. The mileage was under where it should be, the tires were almost new as I changed them 3 months prior but there were a few small scratches on 2 or 3 places. Nothing big. The guy seemed like he was going over the car with a microscope. I told him that I didn't lease the car to put in my living room but to drive it. The ware & tare was well within the scope of normality for a 39 month old car. They told me that there would be between $1,000 - $1,500 worth of repairs on the body. I got that feeling in my stomach when you know that someone is trying to rip you off. I laughed at them as I said goodbye, got in my car and drove home. BTW, I happened to drive by Infiniti of West Palm Beach the next week and told Adam what had transpired and he gave me an even better deal than Coconut Creek and they also found my car to be within acceptable ware & Tare standards. Coconut Creek, you have lost a good & loyal customer. More
All Talk, lots of promises unfulfilled Laura Herreno was a huge disappointment. She made multiple promises least of which that paperwork would be ready, I.T wasnt When we arrived. Changed the numbers, she didn’t show her face when we arrived and nothing was completed after being told we had very limited time. We could have done to a dealer closer but believed all of her promises. Also, offered service deals and did NOTHING. Never responded when she knew we were dissatisfied. Just a horrible experience. Would never return to this dealership. Sad as this was the 4th Infiniti we have purchased. WORST EXPERIENCE. More
Just Like Family I came into Infinity of Cocount Creek to see Nash - the best service advisor I have met in 30 years. I came to make an appointment for an oil change a I came into Infinity of Cocount Creek to see Nash - the best service advisor I have met in 30 years. I came to make an appointment for an oil change and filter. Nash said "How about Now" He checked my cars history and said he could get me in and out in about an hour (Which I was)! As usual the service was great, Nash was friendly and informative and as this is the first time I waited for my car as opposed to getting a loaner, I was able to watch the car being serviced. I was impressed. The service area was clean, and Anthony who worked on my car was friendly, spoke about what he was doing, did not rush the service and checked just about everything imaginable. I could never see taking my Infinity anywhere else. In fact the Infinity is my wife's car and I drive an older Nissan Murano. I am going to start servicing my Murano at Infinity of Coconut Creek as well. Why go anywhere else! More
