Anthony was more than helpful yesterday when I leased my new QX50. He was polite and respectful and helped me save money. When I got home and found some paperwork, I sent it to him and he immediately discou new QX50. He was polite and respectful and helped me save money. Terrible service! I bought a car there last month MJ was my representative. We kept going back-and-forth with numbers and finally we came to a number which I was satisfied with, (At least I thought I was sa my representative. I wanted to pay for the extra mileage, remaining balance on my loan along with all damages to my car upfront so that I would not receive another bill. He sent an inspector to look at my car and tell me what the damages were. I paid for it all upfront along with the down payment for my car. Three weeks later, I receive a bill for $535 for damages to my old car (which I had already paid upon leasing a new vehicle). I am immediately called MJ. He told me not to worry and he would call Infiniti finance and talk to them about it. He called me back to tell me to disregard that bill, but they would send me a new bill because I did not return my spare key (which was a lie). I called Infiniti finance, they told me they were not charging me for the spare key and they had no clue what he (MJ) was talking about. I text MJ and told him I would be in the following day in the afternoon and wanted a breakdown of where my money went to. He said he would have it for me. I went next day, and apparently MJ had “forgotten” about a doctors appointment he had because he was off that day! I spoke with the manager who had NO clue about my situation. I asked him for a breakdown. He was all over the place and completely clueless. At first he told me it was from a lease payment, then he told me it was from over mileage, then he said it was from damages to the car- that their inspector miscalculated the cost for my damages. He had few different scenarios of what the breakdown was. After sitting there for an hour, he comes back and tells me “oh we charged you $400 for tires. If we could have sent your car to Infiniti with your old tires, they could have charged you triple! So we did you a favor.” I am beyond frustrated with the incompetent staff that work there. I never would have purchased a car there had I’d known prior I would be getting an additional bill, as the deal was I would be paying for everything upfront. I just received another bill for $252. Apparently coconut creek paid some of the $535 I had previously received and left me with the remainder. Because I don’t want it to go against my credit, I paid for it. MJ is very unprofessional, as well as the manager I spoke with. MJ lied to me a few different times. He lied about the bill, the key, and an email he “supposedly” sent me. He didn’t have my paperwork for me and he told me I would have Infiniti InTouch in my new car and explained it to me, but my car is NOT equipped for that!! So he sold me on something that I don’t even have!!!! Buyers beware when you enter Coconut Creek Infiniti!!!! They are greedy scam artists!! Unfortunately, I am stuck with this lease for another few years, but I will not be returning in the future. More
