Generally I had good experience while leasing and returning our car. But once the car was returned and I needed a copy of some paperwork, no one was willing to help. I had the pleasure of having Ralph Reichhold as my sales consultant. He made getting out of my lease extremely smooth and into the car I really liked - which he had to get it from another dealership.
