Meeting Ralph could have been the best person to work with me. I had an Infinity 2009 G37 to only want to know what is was worth. Just wanted to look at a used Infiniti G30. Ralph listened to everything I said I wanted in a used car. He and I then went outside and looked at several on the lot that fit what I wanted. Well, Ralph made everything so easy, I knew it was time to purchase a vehicle, and I did. Then loan paperwork needed signed, Gabriel Lenchus assisted me in this. He was also very helpful. Hidden fees.... I feel sorry for anyone who buys a car that is not familiar with car sales... I found a car online I was interested in. After emailing back in forth for a day I was finally about to get a that is not familiar with car sales... I found a car online I was interested in. After emailing back in forth for a day I was finally about to get a price. I'm an out of state buyer I was going to fly in, pay cash and drive the car home. Ive done this serval times elsewhere. All I needed was a buyers order and a temp tag. I pay my state taxes and get tags after I get the car state inspected. They refused that I do it this way and told me I had to pay taxes to them and they would handle everything. Being that this dealership is 1000+ miles away I would rather do this myself at the MVA. Now look at the picture below. The manager said he was going to charge me an additional $1000 if I pay cash and don't finance with them. Then there are all of these bogus fees. The sales tax (6%) doesn't even add up. Unless they are making me pay sales tax on fees they are charging and not the price of the car... ridiculous. I would review your contract very well before signing on anything at this place. I guarantee they are adding fee after fee onto sales and blinding people by having them focus on their monthly payments and not what they are actually paying for the car... More
