I’ve been with Infiniti for 5 years now, and I’ve never experienced such poor service. The Service advisor was cool I guess, but the overall service was horrible. I waited 4 hours just for them to tell me experienced such poor service. The Service advisor was cool I guess, but the overall service was horrible. I waited 4 hours just for them to tell me that the insurance company that I purchased through Infiniti will not cover my tire damage. He fed me some garbage excuse about them having to always deal with the same thing with this 3rd party company. (SO WHY SELL IT OR OFFER IT TO CUSTOMERS??) They had the audacity to tell me I may have to pay for the tire ($384). Every time I come to Infiniti, it’s always a pleasure. This visit was by far the worst. It seem like he was trying to hustle me, because he clearly seen that I’ve been paying for this coverage for over a year now. So they never repaired the tire, left the nail and basically told me to have a good day. Food for thought…Focus on customer service, rather than a quick sale! You guys deserve 0 stars. The Service was trash!! More
