Brighton was great not only did he know about the Infiniti vehicles but he was also very knowledgeable on the used car lot which had all types of manufacturers, my sales person and the managers made Infiniti vehicles but he was also very knowledgeable on the used car lot which had all types of manufacturers, my sales person and the managers made me feel very comfortable with this experience and at no point did I feel pressured or like I was being ripped off. Do not trust this dealership service department with your car or truck. When bringing your car in for service they do not perform the scheduled maintenance service they claim to do and then refuse to repair car or truck. When bringing your car in for service they do not perform the scheduled maintenance service they claim to do and then refuse to repair the damage they have caused. Do not trust them with a simple oil change and certainly not with anything more complicated. Even when confronted with the paperwork and proving the service listed and paid for was never performed they decline to take responsibility. Untrustworthy, deceitful and will damage your car. More
