I went to the dealer to buy a Lincoln as I have done for the past 10 years. When I saw the QX60 and its price I was sold. Jose approached us and quickly prepared the car for a test drive. Jose was quite helpful, friendly and attentive, and not at all pushy, a true salesman, looking to serve his customer. The process took a few hours, too long in my opinion, unfortunately, but that's the nature of purchasing a car in person through a dealer.
