The most unprofessional finance manager and entire finance department I have ever encountered in all my years, and have been purchasing cars since the 70's......he must of taken an online course in cu finance department I have ever encountered in all my years, and have been purchasing cars since the 70's......he must of taken an online course in customer service and failed big time, took over 6 MONTHS to get money back that was owed to me because of this incompetent, rude, disrespectful, pompous, xxxxx................use your own financing, bank, family, or even a shylock, I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!
