As expected, staff and service was friendly, they frequently stayed in contact with me, and tried to help make the overall process simple. I knew what car I wanted when I walked into the building, and was immediately greeted with the out-the-door price, which is greatly appreciated. According to them, they provided the price of only mandatory things, namely taxes. Along with their "Non Tax Fee's" (dealer fee's) and PreDelivery Service Charge's (what I understand to be car maintenance, power and repair fee's?). I did ask them numerous times for an itemized list of things included in those aformentioned fee's, I found their lack of transparency about these details to be unsatisfactory. However, I still found the overall price to be in an acceptable range, so I opted to drop it. My primary gripe stems from their unwillingness to accept my Pre-approved Auto Draft from my bank. I am under the impression that the primary purpose of this is to get me to finance with them. But, as I am fortunate enough to already be pre-approved, I saw no reason to do that. This resulted in unescessarily wasting a few extra days of going out of my way to obtain a check from my bank with the specified approval amount, and then going back to the dealership to complete my purchase. Admittedly, once all of that was done with, the filling amd signing process went rather smoothly and quickly. I wasnt pressured into buying a bunch of extra add-on's, the sales manager was patient and explained things I had questions about, and allowed me time to read through things. Before long, I was driving my new car. Not a bad first time experience purchasing a car from a dealership. More
