Back Home I had switched to a VW for one lease period. I had previously leased Infiniti(s) for approximately 8 years. I found walking back into this dealership a totally pleasurable experience. It reminded me of what I had been missing sales and service wise. Darenty Cohen is such a respectful, thorough and relaxed individual with a lot of patience and follow through. I ended up leaving there with what I wanted both car feature wise and financially. Amazing deal on an awesome QX30! So easy! I came to Lokey Infiniti because I had heard great things about the Lokey family and how easy they make car buying, and that is the absolute truth! I I came to Lokey Infiniti because I had heard great things about the Lokey family and how easy they make car buying, and that is the absolute truth! I was in a bit of a rush when I first came in, (only had about an hour), had a car in mind that I wanted and a price I was not willing to go over. Deranty got right to it, found me the exact car I wanted almost immediately, we test drove it, and with very little back and forth negotiation with him and Naser, we were able to make the deal. Within an hour I was signing a paper promising to return and fill out the lease paperwork later in the evening. David made that process was extremely quick and easy as well. I could not be more happy with my car or the easy and professional service from Deranty. I have a feeling I am going to be a repeat customer! Thank you so much Deranty and the whole team at Lokey INFINITI! I love my QX30! More

Buying A Car From A Dealership That Cared From the moment that we walked into Lokey Motor Company, we were impressed with the dealership. It had beautiful art work on a wood-paneled wall with From the moment that we walked into Lokey Motor Company, we were impressed with the dealership. It had beautiful art work on a wood-paneled wall with a fountain on the side to soothe your nerves on what could easily become an unnerving experience. When we looked around, the staff was dressed to impress -- another good sign that they were a professional operation. Moreover, we were pleased with the diversity of the staff that mirrored the diversity of the local clientele in the Tampa Bay Area. Next, we were introduced to an amazing salesman, Deranty Cohen. He was a good listener, very patient, knowledgeable about his products -- to the point that he convinced us of the merits of leasing v. buying a car. We ended up leasing a Q50 Infiniti, with an option to buy at the end of 3 years. His approach was also impressive, as he evinced a willingness to get to know us well first before moving on to the car-selling task. Deranty introduced to the general manager, Nasser Totah, to discuss the finer details of the sale of a car, and we could see why he was considered the number one salesman in the nation for Infiniti in the past. He was thorough with his explanations, patient, and convincing with his presentations. Most importantly, he was able to discuss different car options at a drop of a hat to fit our preferences. Finally, David Curtis, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable, personable, and came across as a guy whom you could easily have a Cuba Libre (Rum and Coke) with at a local bar. His empathy won us over and made it easy to sign the plethora of paperwork with confidence that he was never taking advantage of us. At the last minute when we had a counter-offer from another Infiniti dealership and Naser was unavailable, Miguel Bartoli stepped in and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. This was a vivid example of teamwork! Overall, it was an outstanding experience and we love our Q50! More

Deranty Cohen is my new Best Friend My wife and I had been shopping for a sporty, economical vehicle. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Chevy, Ford and more. We were at the My wife and I had been shopping for a sporty, economical vehicle. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Chevy, Ford and more. We were at the end of our shopping day when we visited Lokey Infiniti. One of the reasons we didn't purchase anything at all the other dealerships is that no one had what we wanted on the lot. We wanted something with leather, moon or sun roof, 6 or 7 speed, sporty, 20mpg or better with current technology like navigation, blue tooth, etc... Well... when we walked into the showroom the EXACT vehicle we wanted was sitting in the middle of the showroom. It was fate. WE could not find what we wanted at any of the other dealerships. Everyone said they could get what we wanted but none of them had them at their location. We were beginning to think what we wanted didn't exist. We are so thankful for Lokey Infinity. Our buying experience felt more like dining at a fine Steak House. Working with Deranty Cohen, the General Manager Naser and the Finance Manager David was pleasant and expeditious. We didnt have to ask for upgrades or special allowances, they were offered. We drove off the lot fully satisfied. What really helped was when they told us that they provided detailing and on Fridays they have a nail technician on site for the ladies (and men). OVER THE TOP !!! More
