This was not Infiniti's problem at all they took the time to help out and get my issue resolved in a timely and professional mannor. When I arrived, I wanted to buy a newer car, so I found one the website that I liked. I called Deranty Cohen and made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, I saw that Deranty had the car ready for me to test drive. After the drive, we discussed price. Deranty then talked to the used car sales manager. After some back and forth, we were able to come to an agreement. Deranty made sure that my new purchase was ready to go, helped to transfer the umbrellas, etc. from the old car to the new one. He programed my phone to the blue tooth connection and answered my questions. At all times, Deranty was extremely polite and helpful. This morning, Deranty called to make sure that all is well.
