INFINITI of Clearwater

Most unbelievable car buying experience I have ever had. I cannot even begin to describe how great of an experience I had the other nite, buying my first Infiniti from Lokey. I actually went by the dealer Sunday, and saw a car that my Wife and I both liked. I went online when I got home to look at what models were available, and sent off an email to them on Sunday evening. Even though it was after hours, I received an email response not even 15 minutes later. My Wife went in and test drove it on Monday AM, and they were ready for her. She called me to say how nice the QX50 drove, and that she loved it. I called Ron Murray back to tell him I would be in that evening, and was interested in a trade in. he asked for the info on the trade, and when I got there that evening, he had a written offer that was almost $1000 more than a competitor had quoted me the day before. I looked at the car, loved it, and told him what I could do. He did not haggle, rather took it over to Naser, and 5 minutes later, we had a handshake deal. Then over to finance, where David was absolutely the best and most thorough finance guy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was ready to ask him to handle all of my finances, that is how much I trusted the guy. When I left, I still had not even driven the car, that's how much confidence I had in their team. Needles to say, I love the ride, and my only question is- why did I wait this long to buy one? I went in to buy a car, and walked it with a great deal, a car both my Wife and I love, and 3 good people whom I now consider to be friends! Great job , everyone, and my Wife is thrilled about the prospect of getting her nails done free, while waiting for the complimentary oil changes!! More

Great experience I was initially hesitant driving to the Clearwater dealership as there was an Infiniti dealership much closer to my home.
