Beware if Financing! Just got off the phone with Raj. Bought a used car Father's Day. In spite of having excellent credit, was offered a ridiculous finance rate. My Credit Just got off the phone with Raj. Bought a used car Father's Day. In spite of having excellent credit, was offered a ridiculous finance rate. My Credit Union gave me a loan the following Monday for 3%. Today, noticed 3 HARD hits on my credit due to Lokey's "shopping around" for financing. Beware of MULTIPLE HARD HITS on your credit if you attempt to finance here. More

Great customer service and great experience I've never had someone that goes out of his way to help me find a car that fits my budget. But Alex Elsedoudi is the one in a million that goes out of I've never had someone that goes out of his way to help me find a car that fits my budget. But Alex Elsedoudi is the one in a million that goes out of his way just to help his customers not only to find a car that fits my budget but also a car that looks and run beautifully. Alex has the most knowledge about car comparing to all the dealers I've been too. Like I said he is one in a million I definitely recommend Alex to anyone and everyone. Best service experience . Back in May, my husband dropped off my car for fixing a door’s lock, he asked Vinny Ambrosino to check if we still under warranty from the previous fi Back in May, my husband dropped off my car for fixing a door’s lock, he asked Vinny Ambrosino to check if we still under warranty from the previous fixed. Vinny told him that we fixed these locks a long time age, so Vinny charged us over $800 for it. My husband picked up the car the next day and went home without checking out the car before he left. of course, we trusted the dealer for their work and since we’re their great customer for over 13 years. (Recently, we had some issue with them from the previous service, we paid a lot of money to fixed our car but when got home found out that missing parts-they forgot to put back the pieces when took off). It happened again this time and even there was a bump on my door. After that, I checked my old paperwork and we were still under warranty from the previous fixed for the doors lock. So my husband came back to show them the problem but Vinny and Tom argued with my husband and didn’t want to take care the problem. My husband asked for money back for poor service and the warranty but nothing happening. He was disappointed but didn’t know who to contact. So he left after the arguments but received a phone call from Tom on the way home. He apologized that he was received wrong information from the service adviser and told my husband that we'll get our money back. (I guess they found out about the warranty.) After waiting on them to call us back for few days but nothing happing, I looked up on Lokey-Infiniti’s website for staff and we decided to contact Miguel. He responded within the timely manner, very kindly and professional. He told us to come back on the next day and we got our money back for a full amount and get our car fixed. Thank you again Miguel for a quick responded and resolved the issue for my car in May. I am given you 5 big stars for the great service from you. God bless! I still want to come back because I just got a new QX60 and still need the services from dealer. Hopefully the upper management will re-look their staffs. Hope nothing will happen again, if it not work out then I will have to look for a different place. Also, I want to thank you Matt Delgado for taking over as my Service Adviser. I want to give a good review but don't see your name listed here. More
