Lazy Staff I love my 2018 Infiniti QX80 Limited. I loved the sales guy, he is the best (Deranty Cohen), but the service people IMO, are not real attentive. They I love my 2018 Infiniti QX80 Limited. I loved the sales guy, he is the best (Deranty Cohen), but the service people IMO, are not real attentive. They get their job done, but every time I was there, they just don't seem to care and are not in a hurry to get anything done. But my BIGGEST Gripe!!! EVERY TIME I leave that dealership, my car is dirtier that when I brought it. Even after I have them wash it. Especuially after I have them wash it. Infiniti, DO NOT offer a car wash service if you are not going to take a little time and pride in washing my 70K car! I have a light beige interior and EVERY TIME I leave there it is dirtier than when I brought it in! Greasy boot marks, Greasy hand prints on the door handles, On the steering wheel, etc. They doo a half a**ed job as best washing your car. DO NOT take them up on the car wash if you care at all about scratches and greasy boot and hand marks on your car. More
