Jose G. the sales manager was more than fair and gave more positive equity in my vehicle than I had asked for! Jose was able to get the deal done in less than an hour with the credit union that I do all of my banking with. I feel that he treated me as a valued customer. Ashley P. the finance manager was kind, helpful, and extremely thorough. She prepared and executed the contract in less than 45 minutes. I have been a customer of the Infiniti service department for more than 5 years. I can not say enough about Chris H. and his excellent customer service and flawless care of my vehicle. Tom, one of the service managers, is also fantastic to work with. The team at Infiniti of Clearwater is a superior dealership, that goes above and beyond all my expectations every time. More
This dealership does not stand behind any vehicle they are selling and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner, Josh Guest would not help correct the issue of a loud screeching noise are selling and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner, Josh Guest would not help correct the issue of a loud screeching noise coming out of the vehicle but instead asked me if my mirrors were out or in. I advised they were out as you have to see with them when driving. The sales manager Jose said he would not deal and take anything off the price of vehicle that had been on their lot since May nor would he give me anything for my trade. Another sales manager that was over Jose asked what he could do to save the deal as he heard how Jose talked and treated us. We came to an agreement on the car and picked it up to have the car squeal for an hour on the way home. I have gone through 5 people to no avail and my car is now at a reputable Infiniti dealership finding out more things wrong with the car that was sold supposedly to be a certified preowned vehicle which was not the case and I am supposed to be responsible for paying for the things they missed but checked ok on the inspection. I hope this review helps people not walk but run away from the shadiest unprofessional dealership with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. More
Had to get warranty repairs done on a 2022 QX55 (clear coat defect). Requested that work be done on some spots while vehicle in shop. 3 months later, car goes in to get work done for warranty but no work coat defect). Now I will have to pay for a rental and leave car in shop if I want repairs made. Very poor customer service. 3rd Infiniti I have owned and never had such poor customer service. More

Within 10 days of purchasing the 2019 QX-50 Infinity, I spent $1800.00 in tires, 40 dollars in gas for the courtesy car, and traded the car in within 30 days. Perhaps thats a thing that could get started. Hire a male to accompany you if your a female to the Infiniti of Clearwater to mansplan how the owner of the vehicle is being treated very badly, and should be given some consideration. As a rule do not ask my boyfriend or Son-in Law to come with me to car dealerships as I ve been treated well in the past. Whoops I forgot that rule doesn't always apply. I've cut my losses traded the car in and won't do that again. More

QX56 2011 was in for service, valve cover gaskets and two ignition coils we paid $1200 and something dollars. Picked up the car on a Saturday noticed the right side passenger side wheel was damaged, looks li ignition coils we paid $1200 and something dollars. Picked up the car on a Saturday noticed the right side passenger side wheel was damaged, looks like acid took off the finish of the wheel. Addressed this in an email so they would receive it on Monday morning. They acknowledged that they damaged the wheel. We requested they replace the wheel,Tom arbitrarily decided to paint it, the wheel looks like its painted and unlike the OEM wheels. Service manager Tom is not willing to fix the problem. We want the wheel replaced, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the wheel before it was in for service. We are not done with this issue, customer service is essential to every business. If you damage a customers product you should Not hesitate to replace it. More
