So lets jump right in, we received your car on 03/29/23. It is 06/23/23. NOT 9 months in the shop. Yes, you had work done at another INFINITI dealer in the area, but that is not on us. In fact, you should have probably gone back to other dealership to address any concerns you had. We provided a full quote on 04/05/23 after we had contacted your Warranty Company to get approval only to find out your policy was cancelled September 2022. After 12 days without a response, we reached back out. You advised your Warranty was not supposed to have been cancelled and you would take care of. On 04/26/23 we reached back out to you for update and you advised you would have an answer the next day and thanked us for our patience. On 05/12/23. we reached back out again looking for an update. NOTHING On 05/22, we reached out again advising we have had your QX56 for 53 days and need authorization to move forward or the car would have to be picked up. You responded you will need a few more days. This can go on, but I think we are getting the point. Needless to say this continued until the car was repo'ed by the bank who happened to be looking for it for a while. You may have had an issue with the other dealer. You may have some issues going on personally, but we do not deserve a bad review because of these "unsaid" issues we had nothing to do with. Truly wish all the best and hope things turn around.

The car was repoed because I am not willing to put $30K in repairs from your shop for a vehicle that has a $15K value with No gurantee the problem would be fixed as i have in writing for your dealership. I have 6 vehicles and none of those are repoed. Honestly your response shows what type of dealer you are. Never admitting fault and you still have no idea how to fix the vehicle. Your customer service sends customers threatening messages to pay $1,000 in diagnostic charges or your car will be considered “abandoned” then you say you can only put $150 of the diagnostic towards an “uncertain repair” yes i told the dealership to repo the vehicle because im not an idiot to keep dumping money into a car you guys have no idea how to fix. I also brought my infiniti M class there when i owned it a few years ago and its the same story as this vehicle. Your dealership preys on people with diagnostic fees without ever really knowing how to fix the problem. That deserves a review, stating my car was repo to try and take the spotlight off you honestly shows everyone your true colors. Nothing further needs to be said.

After reviewing this further and reaching out the other dealership, we find out you did not spend 1 penny for any of the repairs performed by INFINITI. They were covered by the non INFINITI dealership that sold you the car originally to try and fix the aftermarket problems you were having. So on top of the incorrect time frames, you also have not had one expense out of your pocket.

So upon further review you found out that a dealership paid for repairs for a vehicle that is still not fixed but because I didn’t pay for the repairs out of my pocket that makes everything okay? You just keep making the dealership look worse and worse. Thank you for verifying my issues with your dealership. I am not looking to argue through reviews it is very unprofessional but I know what you are doing you are just trying to send responses in hopes I dont respond so you can get the review removed. I would not expect anything less based on your dealerships past dealings. I will be responding to every message on here. Please stop trying to degrade me publicly to hide the issues of your own dealer, you aren’t hurting my feelings you are just putting on a portrayal of the customer service I have encountered. I am glad all “potential” future customers see how your dealership is behaving.

I was disappointed that I was charged for 7 hrs of work @ $150@ for 30k maintenance and a gas deflector plate = $1,300. Too much. This will probably change my opinion of buying another Infinity. Mechanic J More

We apologize for any confusion, however you were charged 4 hours at 96.00 per hour for the 30K maint, and then the 150.00 per hour for 3 hours to handle the repair the deflector plate that was damaged. This was all spelled out to you ahead of time, and you approved. The work was done on time and to your satisfaction. We are very clear on charges and did everything to ensure you understood what was needed and again you approved. We are not certain where there is any confusion but do appreciate you and your support.

Completely understand the confusion with the invoice. THE 150 LOCATED NEXT TO...4.00 TECH(S) : 150 IS FOR THE HOURS APPLIED TO TECHNICIAN ID 150 (WHICH IS THE ID FOR JOHNNY WHO PERFORMED WORK. USING CAPS ONLY AS A MEANS TO STRESS THE DIFFERENCE, NOT "YELLING" If you look at the paper invoice, look further to the right and you should see 384.00 which would be 4 hours at 96.00 per hour. Totally get how this could be confusing. Still appreciate you none the less. Just so you know we are not responding anymore on here. If there are further questions or troubles please call 513-583-1200 and ask to speak with Dan Murphy our service manager.
