They were short staffed so my one hour oil change was two hours. Because it’s a new vehicle it was free oil change but I had to drive 30 minutes there and back so really not worth all the hassle when I’m out hours. The sales lady that we bought our first pre owned 2017 QX60 and especially the salesman who assisted us and sold us our 2022 QX60 were top notch Professionals and made it enjoyable to buy a vehicle and having people like them is what makes this place a pleasure to do business with.
