I brought my car in because one of my tires kept reading low tire pressure after filling it several times. The original young service advisor was ready to let me go home after saying no leak was found. Afte low tire pressure after filling it several times. After I asked for the tire to be replaced under road hazard he said he would have to speak to his service manager because there wasn’t an obvious leak. Well the leak was found and it was a quick fix. This young man would have let me go home with a leaky tire if I hadn’t asked for something else to be done. I have been a customer since 2013 and usually I have impeccable service at Infiniti. More
Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had after buying 12 cars the past 3 years. Derek is possibly the most unprofessional condescending person I think I’ve ever had talk to me, and keep in mind I buying 12 cars the past 3 years.
