I was disappointed that I was charged for 7 hrs of work @ $150@ for 30k maintenance and a gas deflector plate = $1,300. Too much. This will probably change my opinion of buying another Infinity. Mechanic J More

We apologize for any confusion, however you were charged 4 hours at 96.00 per hour for the 30K maint, and then the 150.00 per hour for 3 hours to handle the repair the deflector plate that was damaged. This was all spelled out to you ahead of time, and you approved. The work was done on time and to your satisfaction. We are very clear on charges and did everything to ensure you understood what was needed and again you approved. We are not certain where there is any confusion but do appreciate you and your support.

Perfect example of misinformation- see attached bill for 4hrs at $150 not $96 as stated. You should have done some research before you fired off this false response.. Completely understand the confusion with the invoice. THE 150 LOCATED NEXT TO...4.00 TECH(S) : 150 IS FOR THE HOURS APPLIED TO TECHNICIAN ID 150 (WHICH IS THE ID FOR JOHNNY WHO PERFORMED WORK. USING CAPS ONLY AS A MEANS TO STRESS THE DIFFERENCE, NOT "YELLING" If you look at the paper invoice, look further to the right and you should see 384.00 which would be 4 hours at 96.00 per hour. Totally get how this could be confusing. Still appreciate you none the less. Just so you know we are not responding anymore on here. If there are further questions or troubles please call 513-583-1200 and ask to speak with Dan Murphy our service manager.

First and foremost thank you for your service. Regardless of this review; we truly do appreciate you as well. With that said, this is sad to read. NOT because it reflects badly on us but that you would take it to this extreme all because you didn't get the answer you wanted. The only reason Derek is being called unprofessional is because you are not receiving the answers you want to hear and that sir is shameful. Derek is a very respected individual in this business and truly does care about all of our/his customers. You can call as much as you like, you can ask as many questions as you like, but because you didn't get the answer you want, is no reason to drag him personally through the mud of your own creation. This review and your information is being passed along to the GM. Whom for the record is not best friends with Derek and is a free-thinking professional individual that may not give you the answer you want to hear either.

This is not a review because I “didn’t get the answer I wanted.” This is a review because of the unprofessional remarks and tone that I received from Derek. For you to say this is “my own creation” is honestly humorous to me seeming I have on record with text me asking several times if it was ok that I registered it in that state. I genuinely am surprised you couldn’t hear Derek nearly screaming on his phone to me after I asked why he was being ugly with me “why am I being ugly with you? I don’t know, maybe because you think im not competent enough to do my job that’s why.” As he repeatedly talked over me again and again. I also do enjoy in your response you acting as if I am spam calling the dealership. I’ve texted Jake once or twice to get a response of the situation, and every time that a call has occurred besides once, it was coming from Derek, not me. You can lie about the situation all you’d like, however, there’s a lot of proof that I have in my favor. Also I’d love it to be known that you didn’t disclose anywhere the vehicle had been in an accident, not once was I told when purchasing the vehicle that it had an accident. It’s also nice seeing the water damage on the passenger seat indicating flood damage. I fully am aware of what buying a car “as is” means, however what I don’t understand is how you can sit here and still continue to act as if you’re in the right and blatantly lie. Derek is not being “dragged through the mud” I’m simply letting the public know how unprofessional it is to berate someone for several minutes, just because they got their feelings a little hurt for not having enough common sense to use a universal system to implement loan information, and had to have a loan officer answer the same question about 10 times.

You can vehemently deny whatever you’d like, however now you’re just blatantly lying by saying that. I have recorded proof of Derek berating me and saying exactly what he’s quoted in my review saying. I have message proof of your dealership not having a problem with me titling in that state. Legality wise you not showing me that it had an accident, and never saying it would simply be here say. With the flood damage that’s most likely there you could legality wise claim you had no knowledge of it, but as such a prestigious dealership that claims to have such amazing cars and inspection processes, you think you’d pick up on something pretty obvious… right? If anyone has any questions about the proof and of them blatantly lying, please, contact the dealership so they can confirm the lie.
