Jacob picked me up at the airport and transported me to the dealership. Ryan helped me complete all of the paperwork in less than 45 minutes. The car is a 2021 so it's used but Infiniti of Cincinnati made it look brand new when picked it up. Talking with Derek, I appreciated his focus and dedication on excellence in operations and service.
