Extremely pleasant, kind and an overall smooth process I found the car I had been looking on the internet and emailed the dealership to enquire about the vehicle. The sales employee answered all of my questions and if there was a question that she was unsure about she made sure to find out the answer. The pricing of the vehicle I desired was outstanding and was more then fair. When I flew in from out of town I was greeted and picked up from the airport by an employee. They found the exact car I wanted with all the specific options I wanted on it. After buying my new car Jennifer spent a considerable amount of time going over all the infotainment options and setting them up to my liking. The sales manager Richard and David were very nice and even gave me a loaner car while my new one got the special treatment option. This process was handle by Andrea who was just a thorough and friendly as can be. It is a very classy and friendly dealership and my Q50 Red Sport is a fantastic vehicle. Thanks to the whole staff. I was made an appointment on line and was greeted as soon as I arrived and got down to business. I had to fly out the next day and Payton picked the car up at the airport and took care of some minor issues while I was away on business. When I got back from my trip the car was ready to go.
