Like Working with Friends My wife and I stopped in Chattanooga with the intention of viewing a used vehicle and then continuing on to another dealership out of state. At the end of the visit we left with a brand new vehicle that WE decided to buy. Daniel Hill took very good care of us and was not pushy in any way. He laid out our options for used and new vehicles at which point he gave my wife and I some privacy to decide what WE wanted to do. Kelly was also very personable and we didn't feel any pressure to get any additional services. She explained the extra services that were available but my wife and I made the decisions and if we said "No", Kelly didn't try to talk us into changing our minds. Richard made it a point to come by and check on us several times throughout our visit to make sure we were being taken care of. Our experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend making the trip to Chattanooga to visit this team. They are what what you expect when you think if the Infiniti brand and they give you all the information you want but let you make all the decisions. More
