SUV in for recall work and a flat tire at the Repair shop. Told my wife we needed to replace all 4 tires even though 4 weeks earlier at the dealership everything was fine. Went to professional tire shop shop. Told my wife we needed to replace all 4 tires even though 4 weeks earlier at the dealership everything was fine. Went to professional tire shop who validate tires where fine. Makes you wonder...will not be buying from this dealership in the future. More

The dealership and sales representative were very responsive, accommodating, clean and professional (particularly during this COVID crisis). The CPO vehicle was brought to our house for a test drive responsive, accommodating, clean and professional (particularly during this COVID crisis). The CPO vehicle was brought to our house for a test drive and delivered to the house a few days later for the final sale. My only complaint is that the final purchase order had a $100 ‘filing fee’ that was not advertised previously. This was in addition to the already advertised $800 dealer fee. The last minute $100 fee seemed a bit sly (I would have preferred that it was identified up front). Other than that, the purchase experience was terrific, primarily due to our sales associate (PJ). Based on the required time, I took out a loaner car and returned when the work was to be finished. It was. No surprises or modifications on the estimate. Also, a few other warranty concerns were addressed to save me a trip back. I'll be back as needed. More
105,000 mile service on my M-35 Scheduled my service and was quoted price. Was fantastic they came to my home to pick up the vehicle and returned it but failed to tell me that they Scheduled my service and was quoted price. Was fantastic they came to my home to pick up the vehicle and returned it but failed to tell me that they would leave a loaner vehicle in my driveway without keys because we hadn’t, arranged a loaner agreement prior. Once at the dealer they called to tell me vehicle would be brought back later same day and quoted a price for that service at $250 more than original. I complained but was told. A mistake was made and I was quoted price for a 4 cylinder car and not an 8. When the car was not back by 6 and no call, I called and found out they were not yet finished. No one could answer why I had not been told the car would not be returned that day. Ray called me back and apologized for the misquote, explained that it would be ready the next day and the problem was with what caused a caution light to be illuminated and told me they would honor the first quoted price. The car was returned that afternoon, serviced, washed and sanitized. Dan, the manager called to review the situation with me and to apologize for the miscommunication. Also offered to do the next lube and oil change at no cost to me. Situation rectified. Kudos to Ray for the assistance and great customer service! More
