Purchased used car from them, And after three days of having the car, both cv axles are vibrating and are need of replacing, and a motor mount is bad. No they won't help. Me fix this. Salesman told me that their used cars go thru a 7 day process of being in their garage and gets what repairs needed...ha I doubt it, or this would have been fixed. ***BUYER BEWARE***If you are buying a used car, this ***BUYER BEWARE*** If you are buying a used car, this company will get you in and out in a flawed vehicle just as fast as they can. We bought one yes ***BUYER BEWARE*** If you are buying a used car, this company will get you in and out in a flawed vehicle just as fast as they can. We bought one yesterday and were told the only problem was a slight issue with the key fob. ***BUYER BEWARE*** They failed to tell us the navigation was so old (and they had not updated it) that it would not work. They failed to explain the loud clicks when starting the vehicle. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Heaven forbid you try to understand how to work the song system in this car. We asked and were told “it’s so easy, I’ll send a link.” After further review online, we find that to be untrue. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Also, we were told the compact flash spot was for “nothing.” Again, after further review, untrue. I called and spoke to Tommy around 6:45pm on Monday 9/14. He says they “will take the car back” but offers NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY OR ALTERNATIVE FOR US TO DRIVE! Again, BUYER BEEARE. Even if I had the money to buy a brand new car from a dealership, I would want one from those that treat others equally and kindly. Service is important not only to the new car buyers, but the used car buyers as well. I expect Tommy or the General Manager to respond with a solution ASAP.
