Bob is great to work with. He goes the extra mile to do what ever it takes to keep a customer happy. One of my main reasons that I purchased my second car from this dealer was because of Bob. I have bought two cars from this dealership and the most recent a g37 from Mo Hossain he has always been a great salesman to work with I will buy again from him in the future. I purchased all three FX vehicles from Rodney Marsh at Infiniti of Charlotte and have had all four of my Infinities services exclusively at that dealership. I generally make all of my service arrangements with Matt Andrews because of his high level of technical knowledge, personal consideration and friendliness. I also purchased a new set of tires recently after shopping other tire stores and found Inbfiniti of Charlotte to have very competitive prices and service. More

We drove an hour or so to get to Infiniti of Charlotte for a used car we saw online. It was as advertised when we arrived. We were greeted by a salesperson who introduced us to Beth Simpson. We had to shop with our 1 yr old and 3 yr old. I don't recommend it, but she was great at allowing us to attend to family as the day went along. Letting us go get lunch and come back - even before we had an agreement. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. This might be small to some, but big to me, as they gave us our key back after looking at our trade. Bad business at other dealerships to trap people in my opinion. The main reason we had more time than necessary at the dealership was due to our credit union and limited resources on a Saturday. They worked with us in every way possible and it was the best experience at a car dealership ever (I have bought at least 15 cars). I would recommend Infiniti of Charlotte to anyone - and when going there I would ask for Beth Simpson every time. As I already said, she is great. More
I purchased a used QX56 from them in October, this was the 1st used car I have purchased so I was a little nervous about it. About 6 months later we decide to try to sell the vehicle to get something larger and had a buyer ready to buy and he informed me of mistakes on carfax. There had been 2 mistakes on carfax that was stating it had been owned in 2 other states and one of those times it was entered it had 300,000 miles on it...and all of this took place while it was on infinit of charlottes lot. They give me a carfax that had been printed off over a month before I purchased the car. I understand mistakes like that can happen but I have tried since April to get this taken care of and it still isn't carfax did remove one of the mistakes but the other they didn't and just added a note to carfax that the vin had been cloned! I even tried to trade with infiniti of Charlotte for a XL Denali that I had seen on their website at one time and I was offered 10,000 less than what my car is worth because of the mistakes on carfax and my salesman even stated that like it is my fault the mistake is on there! I feel they are responsible for this but they don't act like it is a big deal and just always put me off until next week when I call. Just be careful when purchasing used be sure to get a current carfax. More
