The exact color and trim she wanted was not on their lot, so they worked to secure the SUV from another dealership. Once they found the exact SUV she wanted they sent a driver to pick it up within 24 hours of locating it in order to have the vehicle to me before Mothers Day. Once I arrived to sign the paperwork a sales associate (Carlos) heard that I was surprising my wife with the new vehicle and he offered to deliver the car to my house on the morning of Mothers Day! And keep in mind, this dealership is closed on Sundays! Once he delivered the car on Sunday morning as promised he stayed for about an hour showing my wife the various features and functions. I have no doubt this type of service is their standard. I could tell early on in the process this was a very different type of dealership. I recommend them to anyone interested in an Infiniti. More

We were on the fence about buying a car when we came in for the test drive, but the vehicle and the experience helped move us forward. I am very happy with my new purchase and have no buyers remorse. The service department has been great as well. I stopped by for a courtesy wash and was accommodated quickly. I waited int he lobby for about 10 minutes before they were finished. Great to have an expedient experience. I also reached out to Rodney after the sale to inquire about purchasing roof rack cross bars. He quickly got me in touch with one of their service representatives who quickly responded with the pricing and that one was in stock. The communication with the employees at the dealership has been great. Will definitely consider purchasing our next vehicle here. More
Lack Luster Customer Service Almost impossible to have anyone call back from this dealership. Countless calls and messages have been left with the Service "Manager" Ilene Brooks. They pushed me off to Corp Infiniti. They informed me that the request has nothing to do with them and that is is actually the dealerships responsibility after putting a non sanctioned part in my car and causing catastrophic engine damage. I I have called for the GM Sanjay (sp). Apparently he doesn't have an extension or an office. I find that hard to believe that the GM of the location has no where to conduct business matters. This is not the experience that i expect when dealing with a "superior" brand. More

But the thing is the woman that called me would not even take the deal to her sales manager. She said their prices are set in stone. I have great credit but no bank is going to give you a loan for a vehicle that is priced way more than its worth. More
