Good place to do business with! I have used Infiniti of Charlotte for work on my G35 and will use them in the future. Jon Holt was my service advisor and he gave me a loaner car and I have used Infiniti of Charlotte for work on my G35 and will use them in the future. Jon Holt was my service advisor and he gave me a loaner car and kept me informed about the status of the repairs being done to my car. He did a great job! Everyone else was friendly and great as well! I am sure the work done on my G35 is quality too! The only minor complaint I would mention is that my car was not washed or vacuumed when I picked it up. I spent almost $1400 and Infiniti of Charlotte didn't wash or vacuum my car. More

Excellent Service, for the past ten years! I been using Infiniti of CHARLOTTE for over ten years and really can’t complain about any part of their services provided. We’ve always been treated c I been using Infiniti of CHARLOTTE for over ten years and really can’t complain about any part of their services provided. We’ve always been treated courteously and had everything explained the way that was understandable in layman terms. Once in ten years I had a ignition coil burn out two times. They told me there was an issue with the grounding harness and they had to add an additional grounding harness, which fixed the problem. It never had the problem again, but my issues with the dealer is I was charged almost $600.00 in total for a problem the was a design floor in the electrical system. I felt then and still do that if there was a bulletin out for this problem it should not have been fixed at my cost. Under the circumstances I still recommend Infiniti of Charlotte for the services that they provide and not just that one incident.. More
Unhappy customer I had my 2005 G35 Infiniti towed on a Friday to this location after calling to inform them of the problem. My son and I drove there Saturday to I had my 2005 G35 Infiniti towed on a Friday to this location after calling to inform them of the problem. My son and I drove there Saturday to get the battery and take it to where we had a warranty on it instead of purchasing one from Infiniti. We took a new one to them and were told they would inform us of the problem after they got the car started Monday. On that Monday we called several times and left messages but no response. I was finally able to reach Kenneth Wednesday and inquired about what was going on since we hadn’t been told anything after taking them a battery. Kenneth said that nothing was wrong with the car after putting in the battery and they were just keeping it to try it daily. My son and I called several times Friday to check again and tell them that we were coming to get it if nothing was wrong. We paid for the diagnostic and when they brought the car to us, it was making a terrible noise, the heat/air didn’t work nor the radio. ( We had been having problems like everything in the dash blinking on and off and the gas needle not working. Even more things don’t work now and all he could say was we would have to have another diagnostic.). So we had just paid for them to put a new battery in it. I was pleased with a manager that came out to see why I was so upset. I thanked him for bringing a technician to finally explain things and refund me half of the money. I will be ready to trash it soon. More
Been going for 12 years....last few months AWFUL I've always loved Infiniti and the service managers. In fact, I always said I'd buy another Infiniti because of the service dept. But over the last few months they have fired/lost ALL of the great service managers! I'm shocked. SOMETHING is going on there and it isn't good. I went just last week and stood outside my car for 5 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me...that has not EVER happened in 12 years! I was on a first name basis with so many of them and now it's definitely different. And NOT the same level of service either. My car was "fixed" for $1000 but it's back just a month later for 3x as much for the SAME thing (they say it's different but the cause is the same thing). It wasn't diagnosed right last time. My husband called the GM...who has NOT called back. SO SO Frustrated. More

Tamer asked what we were looking for in a new car and took his time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Tamer never pressured us and was more than happy to let us take as many test drives as needed during the 2 weeks we were deciding. My wife and I never felt like we were just a sales target which made the process very pleasant. More

"what a great experience!" that's what my wife said and she hates this process more than anything. she never says that. we have leased 6 infiniti's "what a great experience!" that's what my wife said and she hates this process more than anything. she never says that. we have leased 6 infiniti's at several other infiniti dealers in various other states and my most recent experience at infiniti of charlotte was by far the best. pls note that i have been bringing my previous q50 (leased at a different dealership in a different state) there for the terrific service. btw, brandon in service is great. My sales rep was tamer naguib and he could not have been more courteous, forthcoming and knowledgeable. sure, i was a tough negotiator but he hung with me and made the deal happen for a red sport. in fact, since my wife and i could not get to the dealership before closing, he even drove the papers to us to sign after hours. and because we filled out financing for the lease online, our stay at the dealership to pick up vehicle was 30 minutes at most the next day. it might have been longer but since i am a repeat q50 owner, a tutorial and feature rundown were offered but was not necessary. we left the dealership with an amazing car, some infiniti swag and a great experience. we look forward to a long term relationship (with many more vehicles) from tamer and infiniti of charlotte. More
