I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Service Department at INFINITI of Charlotte in Matthews, NC. Each time, the dealership failed to perform a visual inspection before returning the car to me, leaving me to discover the damage myself. The first incident required me to drive back to the dealership to get the antenna replaced. Despite replacing it with a new one, they did not provide any explanation as to how the damage occurred or what actions would take place to prevent it from happening again. I spoke with Chris James, the sales manager, expressing my frustration that no one noticed the damage before returning the car to me. The second time it happened, I once again had to find out the antenna was broken on my own. It took them 8 days to get a new antenna and I had to call them to get status updates. Antwan (from the service department) called me once to provide an update, but it was after I had called earlier in the week to get the status. I also reached out to Daniel Wissinger, the Service Department Director, and he failed to contact me. This repeated oversight is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail, customer care and leaves one wondering what else they overlooking when servicing your vehicle. I am in the market for a new car and due to these incidents and the lack of communication, I will NOT consider purchasing another Infinity. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and will be reconsidering my options for future car maintenance. More
I had a great experience with this company. I inquired about a vehicle with J O (Jennifer). She immediately sent me a personalized video showing the vehicle and its features. Whe. Just make sure you ask all the questions at the scheduling time because the schedule lady is not a good worker. Since my impression of the dealership is reflected through the contact with its, employees, my initial contact with the first encounter was abysmal. As if waiting was not bad customer service, nobody through the contact with its, employees, my initial contact with the first encounter was abysmal. As if waiting was not bad customer service, nobody was concerned with my presence as a potential customer to even say good afternoon. The one employee who finally approached me was himself less interested then he was concerned. I left never to return but, I gave Infinity of Charlotte one more chance by emailing the sales manager who passed my contact information to Pater Mikhael. My wife and I walked into the dealership to experience the same disinterested disposition from the same employee from my first visit. About ready to leave the store, a salesman named Peter Mikhael engaged with my wife who was looking for me. He would later call it a coincidence in that the sales manager Steven O’Kane left Peter a note to call me. The rest was history. He is was efficient and cordial, accommodating and special. Knock your socks off customer service seemed normal. We closed a trade deal in the type of car my wife wanted with little to no impediments. Peter is the type of salesman any employer would love to have on their roles. He reflects the personification of making the customer happy. Mrs. Nater and I are completely impressed and satisfied by the services rendered beyond words. We are thrilled of our purchase as a process made cordially efficient by Peter Mikhael. Thank you. More

Infinity of Charlotte is where we bought our last (3) Infinity’s. Super service, Chris the salesman is the best too. We have never had a problem with either of our previous Infinity’s so that’s why we Infinity’s. Super service, Chris the salesman is the best too.
