The staff is friendly and honest, I had never trusted other dealers in the past where they tried to up sell me into spending more money than planned. At Infinity they always tell me what is needed now according to maintenance schedule and to prepare for the next service, sharing what’s coming up! When comparing, with the promotions and loyalty discounts applied it is always cheaper than taking it to any generic oil change places! Try them, they’re really good! More

This is my second car purchase from INFINITI of Birmingham. Everyone at INFINITI of Birmingham was great to work with: Mark Mitchell, Ron Durler, Kyle Roberts, etc. My Sales Consultant, Jeff Roquet, went out of his way to find “the” car for me! I don’t know how everything works yet; but, I already LOVE it. It gives me the room I need without being too large, auto lift cargo door and the ride is so smooth!! Can you tell that I am very happy and pleased with my “oil change”! Ha! Thank you, Jeff Roquet! More

The Sales Dept is great , My wife & I have bought several from this Dealership and this past summer bought 2 new ones 2 days apart. This use to be a great service Dept , but now with a new Service M several from this Dealership and this past summer bought 2 new ones 2 days apart. This use to be a great service Dept , but now with a new Service Manager , that's very Rude. and needs training on customer care . and warranty of infiniti. And a Service writer that doesn't really care and forgets things. Will update on how things go it's been over a week now. And nothing . More
