I leased a new car and they promised to pay off my existing three payments to Mercedes Benz and the payments could only be sent from them to another car company. A few months later- the payments were never received and I am stuck paying them. I am fighting with corporate Infiniti and Nisson right now as they won't honor what this dealership promised. More
My fifth and final Infiniti I returned my fourth and leased my fifth Infiniti in a row with this poor excuse for a dealer. The worst customer service experiences ever. First of all it took three visits and four phone calls to have a salesperson contact me (should have walked away then, I know!). now, months later, they have not released me from DMV paperwork - I am getting threatening letters from DMV. They also didn't let Infiniti finance know I returned the car - they are sending me threats too. I have walked into the place to speak to someone twice and never gotten past the lowest sales person. AVOID THIS PLACE - THERE ARE GREAT DEALERS OUT THERE, DON'T GO HERE!!! More

Two different people in the service dept (on 2 separate occasions) backed my car into steel lifts. Had I not watched them do it, they wouldn’t have said a word; I simply would have driven off not knowing they had xxxxed-up my rim. Stupid, incompetent, dishonest people. AVOID BEVERLY HILLS INFINITI SERVICE DEPT!!! More

Spoke to him once emailed the form emailed him 2 more times no response called the location spoke to the most rude receptionist on earth that just transfers the call to his vm. I think I have to deal with this personally since there’s no usage of brain cells in that location. No one cares to help More

Also the officer told me that the car wasnt register to me, contact dmv clerk,Kevin H.pham and Hern, or Herm, never gotten resolved. Damaged new vehicle Purchased a vehicle from them brand new. They were rushing to close at night so didn't even detail the vehicle. After picking up the vehicle the next day I saw all the windows had hairline scratches. HAD to argue about the damages then they promise to fix my vehicle. So I took it in to service but they put 300 miles on my car and scratched the door! They lied and said the damages were already there when vehicle came in. Had to complain to corporate (useless) about my problems. They finally agreed to fix the scratches and the windows again because it was still scratched... well I've had the vehicle for 3 months (2 of it in the service department). My windows are still scratched and they will no longer help me. Tried to talk to the GM Arnold Lal in person! He promised to call me back never heard from him... now I have to take legal action to get my brand new vehicle fixed... WORST dealership... do not buy from them... #Infiniti More

He's attentive, caring, utterly professional and runs a great shop. The prices are fair, the service is personal. I thought maybe it was my impression only, but the other day I was in the waiting room and heard him patiently explain to another customer why her battery went bad, the difference between batteries and how she can get the most out of her battery. He was respectful of her questions and inquiries. I hope he stays there as long as I own an Infiniti. More

I should have gone to Cerritos or South Bay...they are so #FOUL here AFTER your business!!! Avoid Sal Calabretta...I'm not going to call him a liar...but he sure does forget what he says!!! His General Manager, Ron Elkhoury is #SORUDE when challenged!!! WAY BAD experience for me!!! I'm sending all considering an Infiniti to Cerritos or South Bay!!!
