Ended up paying 175$ for the oil change and tire rotation. The latter was offered as "buy one get one free", not sure what that means. I leased 2 Q50 from them and the last time I went for an oil change they charged me $438! (just for an oil change). I said that seemed very high but they did nothing. When I got home I had a coupon for 2 oil change they charged me $438! (just for an oil change). I said that seemed very high but they did nothing. When I got home I had a coupon for 2 oil changes for less than I paid for one so I called the service guy (he never called me back) and I called the service manager (he never called me back either). This will be the last dollar I spend at Infiniti of Beachwood if they don't fix this problem! More
