I wanted to sincerely thank you for the time and care that was put into researching my vehicle's issues and educating me on what's happening..and making me feel comfortable with the process . So from beginning to end thank you Crystal who works in the evening a couple hours. LOL... Gentleman who helped me vacuum out the leaves out of my trunk..lol.. Ed who stepped in while Chris was busy when I first got there.. Chris and Gene.. Amazing.!!! .and for Jamie the owner who actually took time to reach out to me! For having such wonderful.Team.. I didn't feel like just another customer. I sort of felt a little special LOL.. isn't that what a great customer experience should feel like?..They Nailed It!!

I just called the number on a VM as I did the last time (actually left 4 messages over 4 days) without receiving a return call. I am not convinced that anyone at Infiniti of Beachwood will actually call me back just as they didn't a month earlier when I had the initial AC problem and unauthorized service charges. I think this is simply a way of trying to show the public you will do something but my experience previously demonstrates a different reality. Your manager today already indicated that he would not permit my car to be serviced there when I arrived there this morning. If there is someone who really cares to do something constructively, please have them call me rather than my continuing to leave unanswered VM messages. Infiniti of Beachwood has my phone number and if it wants to return my call I will await that call.

I called Infiniti of Beachwood once again today to the number provided per their response above. Once again, it was just propaganda for public consumption, or idle words without any real intent to do something. No one responded to my call. I left a VM message and no one called back. Customer service is obviously not that important at Infiniti of Beachwood.
