My experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was excellent from start to finish. I showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment before the dealership opened to look at the new QX60 and in hopes from start to finish. I showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment before the dealership opened to look at the new QX60 and in hopes of getting to test drive. David Spikes, our sales rep, seen us eyeing the car outside and greeted us with open arms. He unlocked the vehicle, let us look around, we went for a test drive, and he answered any questions that we had. Later that day, I decided to put a deposit down on the 2022 QX60. David always updated me throughout the entire process with estimated delivery dates. The dealership also contacted me as well to make sure I was being taken care of and offered to answer any questions I had. Delivery day had finally came! David and Jonathan made the car buying process go as smooth as possible. This was the best car buying experience I had ever had. I am very pleased with the dealership and customer service.
