My experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was pure "awsomery"!! I had done some research online about the G37 and decided to go in and take a look in person. The moment I arrived I was greeted by Chris who was extremely friendly and not at all overbearing. His knowledge of the product was very impressive and he was able to answer ALL of my questions; even the weird ones... He was able to vouch for the product since he also has the same vehicle. The test drive was wonderful. He showed me all the features and a few that one probable wouldn't know without reading the manual! I am absolutely in love with my G37 and I find places to go just so I can drive it, lol! It is very easy on the eyes and I've received a lot of attention and compliments since I've purchased it. This was my best decision of the year and Infiniti of Baton Rouge had a lot to do with it; they have a top-notch, hospitable staff with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You all rock and my G37 b.k.a. "Blaque" is BAD!! More

After googling Infiniti, I found Infiniti of Baton Rouge. I looked at their inventory and found several used vehicles I was interested in, I then searched reviews on them.. All of which were good. After much research we decided to take the 2 hour trip to look at a few of thier used vehicles. After Matt helped us with looking at all 5 vehicles, one my husband liked, I didn't, one I liked my husband didn't, I asked Matt were there any vehicles and or deals that I hadn't researched. He said he may have one that would be what we were both looking for... I originally went over to this dealership wanting what was my dream car a G35... Until Matt showed us a 2008 M45. It was perfect! Now how about that price???? Matt knew what we weren't going to go over and worked with us to stay within our budget. At no time did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch. I felt Matt was up front about all the vehicles we test drove. It was HOT and Matt took his time and really helped us find the sportiness/luxury I wanted, and a good size vehicle my husband wanted. Everyone we came into contact with spoke and acknowledged us. The owner even came out and met us. We weren't even planning on purchasing that day! I would and will plan on doing business with them again. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I had no idea that the M45 was actually my dream car but thanks to Matt I'm driving it! More

Infiniti of Baton Rouge is a great Dealership. They have a very comprehensive inventory of new and Pre-Owned Vehicles, and the Salesperson and Pre-Owned Manager listened to exactly what I wanted and needed a very comprehensive inventory of new and Pre-Owned Vehicles, and the Salesperson and Pre-Owned Manager listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in my next vehicle and they showed me a bunch of options available. I found a perfect vehicle, a 2008 Infiniti M45, with Navigation, back-up Camera, Sunroof, and a V8 Engine. I then drove the vehicle and inspected it with a fine-tooth comb. The Pre-Owned Manager was exceptionally willing to do another complete detail with a compound and Buff treatment, and also brought it to service to get my front Rotors turned, because I "thought" they might have needed it. The Sales Staff ensured that my Pre-owned Infiniti was in "Like-New" condition, while still purchasing it for a Very, Very, Good Price!! The Finance & Business Manager was also the BEST I have ever seen. He Broke down all of my financing optinons in an easy to understand manner, and then really helped me to get the perfect Extended Warranty, and the best Tire & Wheel Road Hazard Protection, so I could be confident that my Infiniti Ownership experience will continue to be excellent for the life of me having the vehicle. I drove away from Infiniti of Baton Rouge in my Dream Car, for an unbeatable price, and with the same or more confidence that I would have had purchasing a new Infiniti or any other new vehicle. I have recomended Infiniti of Baton Rouge to all of my friends and family, and just 3 days after my purchase, my good Friend purchesed his dream vehicle there, and had just as wonderful as an experience. Infiniti of Baton Rouge is truly a "Dealership of Distinction" and will earn my business for years to come!!!! More
