It mattered to me and made me come from Houston, TX to Baton Rouge, LA with a one-way ticket..it was definitely worth it. I'm very happy with my M35 sport, very nice car. Jonathan in finance was absolutely courteous, helpful, and very professional. Jerry and Jonathan made sure my heart, mind and wallet were all in agreement before I drove off the lot. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Infiniti M37 in November, 2013. I was told as a CPO, everything was checked out etc. I went, as scheduled, for my "free" oil & filter change and was then told that m November, 2013. I was told as a CPO, everything was checked out etc. I went, as scheduled, for my "free" oil & filter change and was then told that my air filters needed to be replaced. This after only 3,000 miles of my ownership... So my "free" oil filter change cost me almost $50.00. Interesting, I spend over $43,000 in November and leave very happy and satisfied and then have to spend about $50.00 and am extremely dissatisfied and am now questioning the reliability and integrity of this dealership... More
