We were so pleased to hear that we would have an opportunity to work with Kerry again when we were looking at an Infiniti last month. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. If we had a question about a particular package or color, he promptly found a vehicle that featured it so we could see it firsthand. After making a decision to buy our car, he patiently walked us through all of the technology functions. We would highly recommend to anyone considering an Infiniti to ask for Kerry at Infiniti of Baton Rouge - you won't be disappointed. More

Let me just start by saying i considered buying from ray brandt which is right around the corner from me,but there sales people don't know how to treat people.I remember getting my car serviced in baton rou brandt which is right around the corner from me,but there sales people don't know how to treat people.I remember getting my car serviced in baton rouge and met kerry in october and he was very helpful even though i wasn't buying a car at the time.When january came i was interested in getting the q50s,in which the sales person at ray brandt tried to convince me it was the same as the premium and i had to show him the difference and here i am thinking im the customer,so i decided at that moment it was worth the hour drive to see kerry lockett.I remembered how professional and courteous he was and made me feel like i mattered even if i wasn't buying a car,but i did end up getting the q50s i wanted and even the finance manager made me feel like i mattered.I will definitely buy my next infiniti from them.Even after the sale he stays in contact to make sure I'm enjoying my car.I want to say thanks to infiniti of baton rouge for the best experience I've had purchasing a car and i've purchased from a lot of different places but this was by far the best. As soon as you walk in to the Infiniti of Baton Rouge dealership someone immediately greets you and ask if there is something they can help you with. Whether you buy or lease a vehicle or not they definitely want to make sure you have a good experience at their dealership. I appreciate how professional and patient David Spikes was working with me. Most importantly I was impressed with the knowledge David has in the product he is selling and taking the time to listen to my needs in building my new 2014 QX80. David was with me the whole step of the the way, giving me updates on production and when my new vehicle was going to be delivered to the dealership. When I first met David to start the process of building my new vehicle, I had mentioned to him that I wanted this to be a smooth process and no problems and David certainly met those expectations and exceeded them. David went above and beyond in helping me. P.J. Tavernit was professional and knowledgeable in what would work best for me in financing my new 2014 QX80. I very much appreciate that P.J. really listened to my needs and concerns and made sure I got the most out of the Infiniti Financial products. P.J. definitely made this a very pleasant financial experience. At no time did I ever feel pressured by P.J. to purchase any financial products that I did or did not need. He listens to the customer and makes sure you are definitely getting exactly what you need out of the financial products. I would like to also mention that the Service Department is outstanding. Very clean and quiet and refreshments always available. It's one thing to purchase a vehicle from a dealership it's another when you have to deal with the Service Department. As soon as you walk in to the Service Department at Infiniti of Baton Rouge all of the employees are professional and pleasant. They have a willingness to help you and realize that your time is valuable and want to get you on you way as soon as possible. That is an A+ in my book. I had a few questions about my new 2014 QX80 and Tim Landry was so patient and went over every question that I had and made sure before I left the Service Department that I felt comfortable with the answers. I know that his time is just as valuable so I greatly appreciate that he took the time and didn't rush me in answering all my questions I had about my new vehicle. Tim definitely has a lot of knowledge about the Infinite vehicles. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Baton Rouge to all of my friends and family. Especially David Spikes, P.J. Tavernit and Tim Landry for their outstanding professionalism and service. More
