Best Buying Experience Ever with Ross Bajon Ross Bajon with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was the key factor in my decision to purchase an Infiniti Q70. From the moment I pulled into the dealership, Ross Bajon with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was the key factor in my decision to purchase an Infiniti Q70. From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was greeted promptly and courteously. I felt right at home, immediately being offered refreshments before we sat in Ross’ office to discuss everything there is to know about Infiniti. I can't say the same about the other dealerships. I researched Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, and Audi vehicles thoroughly before I visited the dealerships. After months of research, I visited the dealerships in Baton Rouge – some of the dealerships I visited once or twice, with Infiniti and Mercedes being visited three times. My final decision was an Infiniti Q70 and I couldn’t be happier. My experience with the other dealerships do not compare with the experience I had with Infiniti of Baton Rouge and Ross Bajon. After visiting Audi and browsing in the lobby for at least 5 minutes with no one greeting me or acknowledging my presence, I walked out. I scratched Audi off of my list. When I visited BMW, I was hesitantly greeted by a sales person. I didn’t feel comfortable there and I had to ask to see a BMW 3 series and also had to ask if I could test drive it. I also had the same experience with the Mercedes dealership. At Mercedes, I was also asked if I was sure I could afford an E series and why I wasn’t willing to buy that day. They wanted me to make a decision immediately. I asked the salesmen to demonstrate all of the options in the vehicle. That was not done. My opinion of the BMW and Mercedes dealerships is that the salesmen do not have to show you anything; the name alone should sell itself. I felt an air of arrogance at these two dealerships. Conversely, my opinion of the Infiniti and Lexus dealership is that since they don’t have a “name”, they have to try a little harder to win you over. That being said, my experience with Ross Bajon was outstanding. The minute I walked in the lobby and was greeted by Ross and told him I was interested in an Infiniti Q50 or Q70, he immediately stated that we would test drive these two vehicles. After explaining everything about the Infiniti, including all of the options and the service department, we were off to test drive. The test drive lasted about 30 minutes or more, where Ross demonstrated EVERY option on that vehicle. He wanted me to see and understand how everything in the car worked. Each time I visited Infiniti, Ross stated that we would test drive the vehicle again. I had a thorough explanation and demonstration of everything the Infiniti had to offer. No stone was left unturned and no question was left unanswered! The entire staff at Infiniti of Baton Rouge is friendly and courteous. The first time I visited there, Mrs. Anita and I bonded over the same brand of purses we both had. As I went to fix a cup of coffee, she insisted on brewing a fresh pot. She was concerned that the pot of coffee had been sitting there for too long. Jonathan Hutchens, Finance Director, was also prompt, friendly, patient, and courteous and he took his time explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Tasha, in the Service Department, was very sweet and efficient in scheduling my first service appointment in six months. Every person employed by Infiniti of Baton Rouge that I saw or met was extremely courteous and kind. Infiniti of Baton Rouge seems to be a great place to work and it shows through their employees. I am so glad I choose Infiniti of Baton Rouge. More

This young man was willing and able to help with our every request. Bernie stepped in to help out and he was great. We are not easy customers and we go into a buying situation fully informed regarding the product we are purchasing. Needless to say, we left satisfied with the service, the price and the quality of our new QX60. David made sure we were aware of our service options and provided us with a great experience the moment we took ownership of our new vehicle. He sat with me in our new car and quickly helped us set up those items we felt needed address before we even left the drive way. Thanks David and we both wish you continue growth and success. My wife and I both medical doctors, and my experience as a CEO of a global telecommunication company, the service was excellent. For the past 15 years my wife and I have driven a Mercedes and Lexus on lease. I only mention this because neither company gives the amenities, and coverage that go with the lease. For example, infiniti takes care of the tires, rims, free car washes, free all change, among other bells and whistles . We were impressed with Mr. Capiel's professionalism, while being courteous through the acquisition process. I would recommend Infiniti to associates and friends, as it was a wonderful experience. Knowing the experience we had with the previous Infiniti- M37 Touring we knew where to go. We did check a out 4 other brands again just to say we had checked all other options as well to avoid asking that question of "I wonder if", and once again came back to Infiniti. When the wife saw the new design of the former M-series, she was back in the driver seat. She actually purchased the new Q-70L without even cranking or riding in it- simply sitting inside it was enough to make her say- This is the one. Also, It shows how the business feels about customers when the service and sales staff recognizes you from a 1 year absence and asks what brings you in! Then we met our previous salesman, who had moved to a manager position and he immediately put us with Ross and said "take good care of them". Excellent vehicle, excellent atmosphere, excellent service dept. If other manufactures want to see what a 'Luxury' Brand experience is- they should shadow anyone at Baton Rouge Infiniti . More

They have a willingness to help you and realize that your time is valuable and want to get you on you way as soon as possible. That is an A+ in my book. I had a few questions about my new 2014 QX80 and Tim Landry was so patient and went over every question that I had and made sure before I left the Service Department that I felt comfortable with the answers. I know that his time is just as valuable so I greatly appreciate that he took the time and didn't rush me in answering all my questions I had about my new vehicle. Tim definitely has a lot of knowledge about the Infinite vehicles. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Baton Rouge to all of my friends and family. Thank you Tim Landry and your service team for their outstanding professionalism and service. More
